Thank you for shopping with Campeones Mundial. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

We do not offer refunds or returns on any items. All sales are final once an order has been placed and processed. By completing a purchase on campeonesmundial.com, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

No Cancellations After Processing

Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not offer refunds or returns, we want you to receive a product you can use. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the item showing the issue. We will review claims on a case-by-case basis and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit for verified damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. This is the sole remedy available in these circumstances.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before checkout, including sizing, color, and shipping address. We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information.

Sizing

Please consult our size charts on each product page before ordering. Because all sales are final, we encourage customers to reach out with any sizing questions before purchasing.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed order that does not meet the damaged/defective/incorrect-item criteria above may result in the suspension of your account and denial of future orders.
